Faith in Action
Arch Street Presbyterian Church longs to be a blessing to its neighborhood. That our commitments to Christ will translate–however imperfectly–into extending joy, abundance, flourishing and healing within and beyond our doors. We want our faith to matter not only to us–but to those whose lives our congregation touches–we aim to make a difference in this wonderful city of possibilities and contradictions and we welcome anyone who open to allowing God to see how they can give their lives away.
Annual Meeting
We celebrated a year of faith in action at our Annual Congregational Brunch. Members and friends of ASPC gathered for festive food, rich conversation and to discuss together the past year of ASPC and where we hope to go in the future in 2012. We heard reports about our shared commitments to mission and families and worship. We learned about the current state of our community’s finances and elected a nominating committee who will–with your help–discover and discern a slate of new ruling Elders who will help lead our congregation into the future. We also passed out a pretty comprehensive report about all the ways we are experiencing growth in our common life. Check out our Annual Report: aspc_annual_meeting.
